Becky Levesque – Director of Marketing
As the Director of Marketing, Becky Levesque is responsible for supervising and managing SHP Financial's Marketing Team, as well as overseeing the company's marketing strategy. This includes developing and implementing SHP Financial's annual marketing plan focusing on every step of the marketing funnel, from initial lead generation and nurturing, to the sales process, to client retention and referral programs.
Becky oversees and tracks all marketing-related budgetary expenditures and closely monitors the return on investment for each expenditure to ensure company profitability.
Becky also manages all SHP Financial events, including our public informational workshops, client referral events and client appreciation events, working closing with SHP's Marketing & Event Coordinator.
She also produces SHP Financial's weekly radio talk show, "The Retirement Road Map," which airs every weekend on WBZ, WRKO and WXTK, and manages the company website, as well as developing and executing all inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining SHP Financial in January of 2014, Becky was Co-Founder and CEO of a successful, full-service advertising agency, providing strategies for company CEO’s to develop and promote their brand and increase their profitability. She has over 17 years of experience in the Marketing and Communications industry. During her tenure as CEO, Becky also served three years as the Republican State Committeewoman for the 1st Bristol & Plymouth Senate District, elected in March 2012 to represent Republicans in her district at the state party level.
Becky graduated cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1998 with dual degrees of Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. She was also the recipient of the prestigious Kathryn F. Furcolo award for Outstanding Public Service Internship, and was honored to have been selected for membership into the Kappa Tau Alpha Journalism Honor Society for outstanding academic excellence.
Becky enjoys snowboarding, boating, hiking, dining out and spending quality time with her two young children at their home in East Freetown.
Tasha Smith – New Business Specialist
Tasha Smith is responsible for guiding prospective clients through the process of meeting our partners. She joined SHP in October 2014. She manages the calendars of each SHP Financial Advisor and ensures that the prospective client experience with SHP Financial is at the highest level of quality. She speaks with people who contact us to inquire about our services and assesses their financial situation to see if SHP Financial will be a good fit. She reaches out to prospective clients to ensure they have received the necessary information to warrant an easy understanding of what to expect.
Tasha brings with her over 12 years of client relations, telecommunications and marketing experience. Prior to SHP, she was a senior recruiter and client relations manager for a leading national human resources firm. She specialized in physician recruitment, client management, contract negotiations and marketing. In addition to placing top-notch physicians in our area, Tasha built and maintained long-lasting client relationships with major hospitals systems, elite academic institutions and private practices throughout New England.
Tasha resides in Weymouth with her husband, Paul, and their son, Brody. She has a strong passion for art and interior design. She spends a lot of time with family and friends but also enjoys outdoor activities and visiting museums.
Jamie Fallon - Event & Marketing Coordinator
Jamie Joined SHP Financial in February of 2018. She comes to us with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in event management and client relations. At SHP, Jamie’s primary role is to manage and set up events from conception through to completion. She is committed to providing outstanding customer service and organizing unique, memorable events that are of the highest quality.
After just a few short months, Jamie has proven to be a valuable resource to the marketing team. Due to her efforts, we've changed her title to Event & Marketing Coordinator to fully encompass the marketing-related assignments she is now handling in addition to event management.
Jamie grew up on Cape Cod, where she earned her A. A. from Cape Cod Community College. From there she went on to New York City, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at Marymount Manhattan College. While in New York, Jamie worked with many high profile clients at some of the most reputable fine dining restaurants in Manhattan. She eventually relocated to Boston, where she obtained extensive experience both booking and running events.
After spending 5 years in Boston, Jamie now resides closer to her roots, right near the water in Plymouth. She loves anything to do with the outdoors and spends as much time as possible with her family and friends. Jamie also has a love for music and is very often found with a microphone in her hand.
Carol Botelho - Client Services Representative
Carol Botelho joined SHP Financial in January of 2015. Carol reaches out to prospective SHP clients to tailor services to their individual needs by streamlining contact to our co-founders. She is also responsible for returning calls that come in from our radio show. She assists them in getting their questions answered and their needs met in a timely manner. Carol is committed to treating each of our prospective clients with the absolute highest quality customer service because they deserve nothing less!
Carol brings 35 years of marketing and sales experience to SHP. Prior to joining SHP, Carol worked as a director of sales for a national dating service in Newton, Massachusetts and for the last 12 years served as a marketing/sales manager for a local/National radio station where she worked with clients to increase their marketing share and address their individual needs.
Carol was born and raised in Fairhaven, Ma where she raised three sons. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, is an avid gardener and volunteers as an advocate for seniors in the New Bedford area.
Bonnie Beals – Database Administrator
Bonnie Beals recently joined SHP in March 2015. Bonnie’s role is to manage, update and maintain our customer relations management system, including processing all of the calls and emails that come in through our radio shows so that each person can be responded to by our team in a timely manner. Bonnie also plays a key support role for the marketing and operations departments.
Bonnie has years and years of extensive CRM training and implementation for mid-size organizations. Bonnie most recently held a position at a Boston Based Employee benefit consulting firm as a client service representative responsible generating compensation statements, online benefits portal and employee benefit guides. In addition, she provided support to internal and external clients.
Bonnie resides in Plymouth. When not working she enjoys the beach, sewing and spending time with her family and friends.
